I've read this one before, I can't remember where (given how assiduously I stalk the Andrews' blog, there's any number of places I could have come across it). Whenever I re-read the Kate Daniels series, I'm always trolling for those fantastic character moments that the Andrews write so well. This short gives one of those great little moments, and could have been woven into any one of the books as an in between scene. So glad they chose to share it!
